Painting your keyboard, hackers style
‘Hackers’ was one of my favourite movies when I grew up, you know the one with angelina jolie? about computers? Ofcourse you do. Anyway there’s this scene near the end where they all get their game faces on and the main guy spraypaints his laptop. Well, here’s a blog from someone who did that to a keyboard.
I wonder if spraypainting a laptop would gum up the keys? I’ve taken keys out of laptops many times before and mostly they aren’t designed to go back in either, so you would have to take the whole keyboard panel out of the laptop, spray it and hope the keys still push down, then just try it and see… I wouldn’t recommend it on a laptop you actually care about though.
